We are required by our Professional Indemnity insurers to retain this information for 12 years, following which records will normally be destroyed.

  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies require us to do so

There are occasions when we need to research and confirm ownership of premises. We have an account with Land Registry, and only obtain as much information as is necessary in order for us to perform our services.

Katalysis Net meet high data protection and security standards and are bound by contract to keep any information they process on our behalf confidential. Any data that may be collected through this website that Katalysis Net process, is kept secure and only processed in the manner we instruct them to. Katalysis Net cannot access, provide, rectify or delete any data that they store on our behalf without permission.
